We ship only to the billing address on file for the credit card used to buy items. If that's not convenient, and you need to ship to a different address we ask that you provide us with one of the following:
Upon review a return authorization number will be issued via email; please package your item and return to our Rockland location. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned, undamaged merchandise.
Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned not in the original packaging, or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable.
