Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, carriers are experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.
We ship only to the billing address on file for the credit card used to buy items. If that's not convenient, and you need to ship to a different address we ask that you provide us with one of the following:
- Image of the front and back of a valid state or federal ID
- Proof of residence at the shipping address you provided, such as a signed lease, vehicle registration or utility bill
- Signed Credit Card Authorization (we will send this to you upon request)
Sidecountry Sports Return Policy:
7 days to return unused items in original packaging to receive a full refund by method of payment.
14 days to return an unused item in original packaging to receive store credit.
No returns or refunds after 14 days.
15% restocking fee charged on complete bikes, ski and snowboard packages, and ski and snowboard boots.
Sidecountry Sports will NOT accept returns on special order or sale items - all sales are final, no returns or exchanges, we will not accept returns on any used items.

[email protected] to request a return authorization number, no returns will be processed without a return authorization number. Upon review a return authorization number will be issued via email; please package your item and return to our Rockland location. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned, undamaged merchandise.
Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned not in the original packaging, or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable.
