We stand behind everything we sell. We offer a 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If there is a problem with something you have purchased from us, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a description of the problem.
Upon review a return authorization number will be issued via email; please package your item and return to our Rockland location. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned, undamaged merchandise.
Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned not in the original packaging, or that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable.
